At Armde’ot, we value our customers and stand by the quality of the products we supply. We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product or have it repaired. This policy explains how returns or repairs are handled and what you can expect.
1. General Rules
1.1 This policy applies to all products purchased directly from Armde’ot shops or our official online channels. 1.2 It does not affect your statutory rights under Kenyan consumer law. 1.3 Products purchased via our Shopping Concierge UK Service are NOT covered under this policy but may be subject to the manufacturer’s warranty. 1.4 In the event you change your mind about a product you have ordered, you may return it unopened. No cash refund will be given, but the value can be redeemed against another product within Armde’ot. 1.5 If you are not satisfied with a certain product, upon management approval, it may be returned. No cash refund will be issued, but the value can be redeemed within Armde’ot. 1.6 Armde’ot reserves the right to accept or decline returns at its sole discretion.
2. REPAIR OF FAULTY ITEMS
2.1 Customers are responsible for returning the item to Armde’ot shops 2.2 All returned items must be accompanied with proof of purchase provided. 2.3 A standard fumigation fee of KES 500 will be charged on all gadget returns. This is to protect both your goods and our stock since many homes may be exposed to cockroaches and other pests. 2.4 Upon receipt, the product will be inspected by our technical team or an electrician. If the issue is covered by warranty, repairs or replacement will be arranged. 2.5 If the fault is outside the warranty scope, you will be provided with an estimated repair cost before any work is carried out.
3. What’s Not Covered
Damage caused by misuse, careless handling, neglect, or accidental damage.
Damage caused by fire, weather, or external factors.
Cosmetic issues (scratches, dents, discolouration) that do not affect function.
Consumables such as batteries, bulbs, or fuses.
Products not purchased directly from Armde’ot.
4. Remedies
If your product develops a mechanical defect during the warranty period and qualifies under this policy, Armde’ot will, at its discretion:
Repair or replace the product (or part of it); or
Provide an alternative product with equivalent functionality if the original is no longer available.
Refunds are not issued under this policy. Instead, exchanges or credits toward another product are offered.
5. Important Notes
Warranty period: 1 year from purchase date (stocked electrical appliances only).
Proof of purchase required.
Returns without following this policy may not be accepted.
